If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return and Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which returns, cancellations, and refunds are processed. This policy applies to all products purchased through our website and mobile applications.
Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following definitions. These definitions apply regardless of whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

Goods mean the items offered for sale on the Service.
Order means a request placed by You to purchase Goods from Us.
You have the right to cancel your Order within 7 (seven) days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period expires 7 days from the date on which the Goods are delivered to you or to a third party appointed by you (other than the delivery carrier).

Once the returned Goods are received and approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original Order. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
Goods are eligible for return only if all the following conditions are met:
The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days
The Goods are unused and undamaged
The Goods are returned in original packaging with all accessories
The following Goods are not eligible for return:
Customized or personalized items
Perishable goods or items with expired shelf life
Goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
Akhand Mart reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return pick-up is available for eligible products and locations, subject to courier service availability. If pick-up is not available, the Self-Ship option will be provided.
For successful return pick-up:
Product must be in original condition
Manufacturer/brand box must be intact
MRP tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included
Returns may be cancelled if items are missing or damaged while in the customer’s possession.
If return pick-up is unavailable, you may self-ship the Goods using any reliable courier service with tracking facilities. The following documents must be included:
Copy of the invoice highlighting the returned item(s)
Declaration mentioning item details, value, and reason for return
Return label with Akhand Mart tracking barcode
If a printer is unavailable, handwritten declarations and address details may be used.
Return shipping charges will be refunded as per Akhand Mart’s refund policy.
Akhand Mart is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable courier service. Refunds cannot be issued without confirmation of receipt of the returned Goods.
After inspection and approval of the returned Goods, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment provider and typically take 7–10 business days.
If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit equal to the value of the return will be issued after receipt of the Goods.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
